FOLUSO PHILLIPS (Chairman) Mr. Foluso Phillips is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Phillips Consulting Limited, a business and management consulting firm, with offices in Nigeria and representation in South Africa. Phillips Consulting is the leading firm for transformation, technology and outsourcing in Africa, dedicated to devising strategies, enhancing work processes and developing the competence of employees. The firm is the largest indigenous management-consulting firm and has been operating since 1992. He is known within the industry for driving business results, delivery of exceptional product quality and service, and prudent management of people, technology and processes. He possesses over 40 years of global experience in financial, cost and business management; industrial operations management; human resource management; business process and human capital outsourcing, information technology systems implementation, and business management consulting. Foluso has played a great role for over 20 years, in promoting country and business-business engagements, encouraging and assisting companies to design market entry strategies to Nigeria and in facilitating trade. He is a strong advocate for local content engagements with foreign firms and an adviser to many international companies operating locally in Nigeria. Foluso who is very active in the Nigerian corporate scene, sits on the boards of diverse commercial and non-governmental organizations and charities, as director, trustee or shareholder. He is a Board member of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group; Chairman, Nigeria/South Africa Chamber of Commerce; Chairman PRIMERA Africa Group (a Finance and Financial Advisory Group). Mr. Phillips also serves as Director, Special Olympics of Nigeria; Director, Vigeo Holdings (a Power & Energy company in Nigeria); Chairman of The Sickle Cell Advocacy and Management Initiative; a Director of the Institute of Human Virology of Nigeria; Chairman Yellow Brick Road (a leading advertising and PR company in Nigeria); and is a member of the Board of Africa.Com. ( a Pan African digital news and communication platform). He is a prolific speaker, who has addressed many international business seminars and conferences including Wharton Business School and Harvard Business School both in U.S.A., Business in Africa’s Leadership Summit in South Africa and several other leadership conferences, Business and trade summits across Africa, the USA and Europe. Foluso Phillips has a very special interest and keen commitment to the African Renaissance and is extremely active in supporting Pan-African initiatives in different areas of endeavour.

He is the pioneer Managing Director of Phillips Health Management Services Limited (Phillips HMO) and was also previously the Chief Executive Officer of Mediplan Healthcare Ltd, a leading and first generation Health Maintenance Organizations in Nigeria with national spread and accreditation by the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS). An excellent, result-oriented and seasoned Medical Professional since 1997 and Managed Care Specialist with keen interest in Healthcare Quality Management & Total Quality Management, Risk Management, Strategic Management plus Health Product design and Costing (Actuaries). He has excellent leadership skills, a trainer and facilitator and has the ability to lead and implement change processes in an organization or other settings. Dr. Benebo is able to combine cost control, revenue growth and process improvements through effective process design, staff training and motivation. He has a PGD-Management and MBA as well as a Postgraduate certificate on Quality Management in International Health from the University of Heidelberg, Germany. In addition to being a trained and certified Assessor of the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) – Excellence Model, from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, he is an aluminous of the prestigious World Bank Institute and the Lagos Business School (Pan African University). He is a Member and Fellow of National and International Professional bodies, such as Chartered Management Institute - FCMI (UK).
OLAJIDE IDRIS, MD, MPHDirector
Dr. Olajide Idris is the immediate past commissioner for Health for Lagos state, Nigeria’s most populous state, with 22 million inhabitants. He was responsible for health care planning, health policy formulation, implementation as well as supervising health service delivery in the state. Under his leadership, initially as Permanent Secretary and until recently as Chief Executive, the Lagos State’s Health system has been significantly upgraded, through a comprehensive Health Sector Reform agenda covering systems reorganization, human resource development, infrastructural development, revitalization of the primary care system, healthcare financing, health promotion and disease prevention activities. Such activities/initiatives in Lagos State include: 1. Providing policy direction or health development and facilitating the provision of relevant regulatory frameworks. 2. Infrastructural upgrade spanning the three levels of the system. 3. Implementing Healthcare financing strategies including Community-based Health Insurance pilot schemes. 4. Health Promotion and Disease Prevention program Development and Implementation. Dr Idris has over 30 years’ experience in Medical Practice, Healthcare Systems Management, consulting, Pharmaceutical and Research. In medical Practice, he has worked as a medical doctor in his early and mid-career stages at hospitals and for private companies in Nigeria. He also worked with two premier healthcare consulting companies covering healthcare planning and research, hospital management and direct provision of clinical services. His primary research and publications have been in the cardiology field as a post-doctoral research fellow at the Columbia University, USA. Dr Idris attended the highly respected King’s College, Lagos, Nigeria. He is a graduate of the college of Medicine of the University of Lagos, Nigeria, obtained his Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree from the Yale University, Connecticut, USA and was a post-doctoral research fellow at the Columbia University, New York, USA. Dr Idris led the Lagos State response team in mobilizing the resources, coordinating the collaboration with the Federal Government of Nigeria and other International partners in containing the spread of the Ebola Virus Disease in Nigeria. He is a member of the American Public Health Association, the Nigerian Medical Association and a Board member, University of Ibadan Research Foundation as well as the Health Reform Foundation of Nigeria.
Olayimika Phillips has over thirty-four years of professional experience and specializes in corporate and regulatory matters across numerous sectors including health, employment, insurance, e-commerce, energy, advertising, manufacturing, media, real estate, technology and telecommunications. As a Partner in the foremost commercial law firm of Olaniwun Ajayi LP where she oversees the firm’s Enterprise and Corporate Governance Practice Group and advises on matters of national and global importance, Olayimika brings her wealth of extraordinary experience to the company. As a board member of the company, she provides the required leadership, business management, steerage and corporate governance support. Her expertise and experience have also seen her serve on the boards of other leading companies and she currently serves on the boards of eTransact, Aviat Networks Communications Solutions Limited, Phillips Consulting, Abugansoro Investment Company Ltd, Gilat Satcom Nigeria Limited, Olaniwun and Adunola Ajayi Foundation, to mention but a few. Beyond her corporate and legal experience, Olayimika has a strong background in the health industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Ife. Her diversity in knowledge has also seen her earn a Bachelor’s degree in Botany from the University of Ife and Master of Business Administration from Durham University.
With an engineering background in Network Planning (Telecoms), he has spent the last 10 years in consulting with experience in Practice Management. He is currently the Commercial Partner for Phillips Consulting engaged in Administrative duties as Finance, Human Resources, IT, legal and Administration. With the key marketing role, he is also responsible for the visibility and perception of the brand.
He is the Managing Director of Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited and a Director of Phillips HMO. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds an MBA in Business Administration. He has a cumulative professional experienced spanning over 29years in Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Training in the private and public sectors. He was an Associate Partner in charge of Practice Management of Phillips Consulting before becoming the MD of Phillips Outsourcing in the twelve years.
She is the Asst. General Manager and Head, Employee Service Management of POSNL. Felicia Ebhohimen is a seasoned Human Resource practitioner with over 20 years’ experience across Corporate Communication, Administration, and Human Resource. She provides leadership and management of a broad scope of HR operations. She develops sustainable workplace capabilities and partners with key executives across the business to engender productivity and desired business outcomes. Felicia holds an MBA from the University of Benin, a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Ibadan, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos, a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and a Certificate in Project Management from the Project Management College, UK. She is professionally affiliated to the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Chartered Institute of Management (NIM), Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), Human Resources Providers Association Nigeria (HUCAPAN), and the Association of Outsourcing Providers of Nigeria (AOPN). She is passionate about human capital development as a strategic tool for achieving organizational success.
